What are some of the benefits of microdosing?

Your doctor may know about these tests (though not always!) and understand the benefits. However, they are not commonly used in a “traditional” healthcare setting due to time constraints and a lack of in-depth knowledge on the interpretation and application. Our PGx pharmacist is extremely knowledgeable and trained to provide you with recommendations and a tangible action plan.

The benefits of microdosing include enhanced creativity, improved mood, increased focus and productivity, heightened mindfulness, reduced symptoms of anxiety and depression, and enhanced physical perception. These are some of the benefits and this list is not all-inclusive.

Why do I need to meet with a health coach before microdosing?

It is important to understand safe consumption practices and to be knowledgeable about any substances you consume. Being safe is the most important factor with consumption of any substances.

Who should not be microdosing?

Those with advanced disease states such as lung disease or heart disease, if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you have a history of schizophrenia or bipolar disorder, those with a seizure disorder/epilepsy, or if you are being treated for cancer.

What if I am not on any medications?.

Does Grounded sell My Information?

No. Grounded does not sell your information or data.
